John K. Overchuck was born in Orlando, Florida. He attended college at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, with a minor degree in Psychology.

John attended law school in South Florida at Nova Southeastern University. During his time in law school, he served as a Guardian Ad Litem for Broward County working as an advocate or the "voice" for children in foster care programs.

John handles personal injury claims including but not limited to catastrophic injuries, automobile accidents, premises liability, burn injures, and products liability.

Professionally, John is a member of The Florida Bar, the Orange county bar association and the Florida Justice Association also he is admitted to Federal court in the northern district of Florida as well as Federal court in the middle district of Florida. Also he is a Member of “The Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors” and a board member of “The Orlando Margarita Ball Society”
