Cindy Raffles,
Lead Paralegal and Office Manager
Cindy Raffles has been spent most of her legal career working on products liability cases with a primary focus on automotive defect cases. Before joining the Overchuck, Byron, Overchuck P.A. law firm, she worked with plaintiff attorneys throughout the United States on their product liability cases performing research and providing trial exhibit support. Ms. Raffles also held the position of Program Director for the Institute for Injury Reduction, a non-profit organization that exposed hazardous products and practices through news programs including 60 Minutes, 20/20 and Dateline. Ms. Raffles is currently the lead paralegal and office manager for the firm.
